David Over - CEO
David has over 30 years of extensive international leadership serving at the C-Level for a variety of British and American companies. He has helped them transform and align their strategies, marketing, products, people and systems to accelerate breakthrough growth. He has held leadership positions as CEO, COO and CMO.
With a solid track record of success leading financial growth, digital transformations, operational change, building start-ups within global businesses, and rapidly developing businesses. David has been actively involved in development and funding of a number of public and private companies in the UK and USA.
Providing executive leadership across major business areas: Operations, Strategy, M&A, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships & Alliances across a variety of B2B and B2C sectors, including digital marketing, magazine publishing, fintech, environmental energy and corporate finance.
Ian Boots – Director
Ian has nine years comprehensive working knowledge in all aspects of property management, sales and rentals markets in both the UK and internationally in Portugal, where he managed his own office in the prestigious golfing resort of Quinta do Lago.
In recent years, with a keen eye for process change and compliance together with a strong work ethic, Ian has been running VAT Bridge alongside numerous finance, property development and building companies which have flourished as a result. Leadership has played an extensive role in in order for the companies effective tract records.
He holds a BA (hons) degree in Business Management from the now University of Suffolk (Formerly: University Campus Suffolk).
Erwin Vahlsing, Jr - CFO
Mr. Vahlsing is an accomplished financial executive with strong operational experience in both domestic and international organizations. He has managed finance departments in the manufacturing, service, and construction sectors. Mr. Vahlsing has proven his abilities in strategic planning, critical decision making, identifying cost-effective solutions, and developing highly creative financial solutions to turn around underperforming units and products.
Mr. Vahlsing has been the President of XBRL Associates for the last nine years, providing outsourced CFO services to smaller public companies and companies intending to “go public.” His services include preparation of projections, financial modeling, financial statements, reports, and filings, as well as interfacing with SEC auditors and legal counsel to assure the quality and timeliness of all current reports (such as 10K, 10Q, and 8K SEC filings).
Mr. Vahlsing has held executive-level financial positions continuously since 1999, and controller-level positions since 1983 — all for companies with $2 million to $80 million in revenue. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree (concentration on Finance) from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
